Tater Tot, Beef & Cheese Casserole |

I found lots of recipes that were similar on here, but none had these exact ingredients. Our family has been making it this way for 30 years or more. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 small onion, chopped finely |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3 cups tater tots |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onion. Drain. 2. Mix mushroom soup into beef. 3. Press mixture in bottom of 9 square pan. 4. Top with frozen tater tots. 5. Sprinkle with cheese. 6. Bake 375 for 25 minutes. |
