Easy quick casserole to have when a large crowd comes to dinner, very tasty Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup onion, miced |
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup |
1 pint sour cream (with chives) |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
2 cups crushed potato chips |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Defrost the potatoes. 2. Combine the butter, salt, pepper, soup& sour cream. 3. Mix hash browns with the onion, celery and cheese. 4. Mix in the soup mixture. 5. Pour into a greased 9x12 casserole dish. 6. Mix butter& chips and sprinkle on top of the casserole. 7. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350f oven or until the topping is golden. |
