A slight twist on the usual hambuger. I have made this burger several times and sometimes it has a little trouble sticking together. I think it has something to do with the way the beef is ground at the store. Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef |
2 tbs. beef broth |
1 c. shredded hash brown potatoes |
1/4 c, chopped onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all together shape into patties. 2. Cook in skillet on low heat so the hash browns will have time to cook. |
