A tasty way to use leftovers from Thanksgiving. Ingredients:
2 pita bread |
1/3 cup cooked turkey, cubed |
1/4 cup shredded carrot |
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese |
4 green onions |
5 tablespoons salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Chop turkey, shred carrot, cut green onions. Place in bowl. 2. Mix with salad dressing (I use balsamic vinaigrette or Italian). 3. Place in pitas and serve. |
