Tasty Turkey and Mushroom Soup |

Great for left over turkey after the holiday. Just boil turkey bones and use broth and meat for soup. Ingredients:
2 lbs turkey breast |
8 cups water |
1 cup carrot, diced |
1 onion, medium minced |
5 ounces shiitake mushrooms |
1 cup celery, diced |
Directions:
1. Boil turkey in water until cooked. 2. Cool and shred meat then add carrots, onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic and thyme to shredded turkey and broth. Cook until vegetables are done. 3. Add white vinegar before serving (vinegar acts as a flavor enhancer). |
