It's so different and makes a great change from the same old sack lunch. Ingredients:
1 medium apple, grated |
1 can tuna in water, drained well |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup purple onion, chopped |
2 radishes, sliced thin |
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and serve on a lettuce leaf with crackers. |
