Tasty Tortilla Crisps

These crispy chips are great as a snack, with soup, or to scoop up your favorite dip. Kids seem to eat anything if it's called a dip . I got the recipe from the back of my package of tortillas.
Ingredients:
32 inches flour tortillas (sun-dried tomato, jalapeno or other flavored type)
olive oil
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
3. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet- use two if necessary to keep wedges in one layer.
4. With a pastry brush, lightly brush the tortillas with the olive oil.
5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until lightly colored.
6. Sprinkle on the cheese and serve.
