I don't remember where I got this from. I was so happy to find an easy-to-prepare vegan snack though. I love these things, let me know what you think Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey if you use it) |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup wheat germ (plus extra for rolling them in later) |
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Mix together all the ingredients. 2. Roll into SMALL balls (they are very rich) and then roll the balls in the extra wheat germ. |
