The longer these marinade, the better they taste! Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 -2 teaspoon salt |
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix olive oil, salt and garlic. 2. Place pork chops in Ziploc bag and pour marinade over them. 3. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (longer would be better). 4. In skillet, cook pork chops over medium high heat, browning both sides. Cook until done. |
