This was good and extremely easy to make. From Fix-It and Forget-It Lightly. Serve over rice. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin |
12 ounces chili sauce |
16 ounces jellied cranberry sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Put pork in crockpot. 2. Mix everything else tog4ether and pour over pork. 3. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours and then on low for 3-4 hours. 4. Serve over rice. |
