This recipe is all done in my roaster oven so its simple and everyone keeps coming back for more the meat is so tender it falls off the bones Ingredients:
6 -8 pork chops or 6 -8 pork steaks |
3 stalks celery, chopped |
4 medium carrots, chopped |
1 large yellow onion, chopped |
1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (26 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
8 ounces water |
4 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. In 6 quart roaster oven on 300 degrees add olive oil and brown the meat add celery carrots and onions cook with meat for fifteen minutes add garlic soups add 8 ounces of water stir in worcestershire and soy sauces reduce heat to 250 degrees cover and cook for two hours stirring occasionally serve on a bed of rice. |
