After seaching for a good meatloaf, I came up with this. Hope you enjoy. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 lb ground italian sausage (optional) |
1 onion, minced |
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic |
1/2 cup seasoned stuffing mix (more if needed) |
1/4 cup cream (or milk) |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup catsup or 1/4 cup tomato sauce |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix together all meatloaf ingredients until well combined in a large bowl (adding in a little more breadcrumbs if needed). 3. Pack the mixture into prepared loaf pan. 4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. 5. Meanwhile, combine katsup and bbq sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over meat loaf. 6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
