Tasty Meatballs Without Milk |

Great recipe for meatballs if you don't have or want cream or milk. Use ice-cream scooper to form meatballs, uniformity makes cooking easier. Bake at 400 for 30 mins. or fry in saucepan over medium-high heat Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (2 pounds) |
2 medium onions (2 medium) |
2 garlic cloves (2 cloves) |
1 cup breadcrumbs (1 cup) |
1/2 cup tomato sauce or 1/2 cup ketchup |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup beef broth (1/2 cup) |
salt |
pepper |
parsley |
sage (optional) |
allspice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Dice onions and garlic 2. Add to ground beef. 3. Add breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, beef broth, and all sesaonings to ground beef. 4. Beat eggs and add to mixture. 5. Form meatballs. 6. Place in pre-heated (400 degrees) or pan-fry. |
