I found this recipe from a local fruit stand years ago. I have made this often and it always goes over well. It also is very easy to make which is always a plus! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 cup butter, softened |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
peach, apples, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or any fresh fruit you prefer. |
Directions:
1. Combine crust ingredients until crumbly, press crust into greased 15x10 pan. Bake 15 minutes 350. 2. While crust is baking, blend filling ingredients (eggs, salt, sugar, and flour) until smooth then fold in fruit. 3. Spread filling over hot crust. Bake 40-45 minutes until filling is lightly browned. Let cool and cut into bars. 4. Enjoy! |
