From Favorite Seafood Recipes of the Eastern Shore. Only 3 staple ingredients and the fish fillets! Quick and easy comes to mind. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Wash and dry your fish and place in a greased broiling pan. 3. In a small saucepan mix and heat the ketchup, mayonnaise and soy sauce. 4. Pour over the fish and broil 3-5 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes. |
