Tasty Cinnamon Sugar Topping for Bread Machine Bread |

My Grandmother told me that her mother used to make a topping similar to this to put on the top of her breads. I added the brown sugar to make it extra tasty. Try this on Cinnamon Sugar Bread, Bread Machine. Ingredients:
1/4 cup white sugar |
1/8 cup brown sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
2. Brush on top of bread after it has risen and just before browning begins. (This is usually within the last hour to 45 minutes for me).
