This is a super yummy dish the whole family is sure to love. Wonderful with a salad and some crusty bread! Ingredients:
1 lb chicken |
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped |
1 red onion, chopped |
2 minced garlic cloves |
garlic powder |
1/2 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon parsley |
extra virgin olive oil |
bow tie pasta |
mrs. dash seasoning mix |
Directions:
1. Boil bow tie pasta according to package. 2. Cut chicken & season with salt & pepper. 3. Stir fry chicken in olive oil with 1 garlic bulb mince & Mrs. Dash. 4. In other pan, heat 1/2 cup olive oil, peppers, 1 minced garlic bulb, onion and 1/2 tea Mrs. Dash. 5. Once cooked, add to chicken. Set on low fire. 6. Add pasta & top with parmesan cheese. |
