Tasty, varying compared to other common chicken nuggets plus its really quick and quite addicting! did i say no marinading?? and no oil?? :) Ingredients:
chicken nuggets |
8 chicken breast fillets |
4 tablespoons kikkoman soy sauce |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
3 slices ginger, chopped |
toasted sesame seeds (optional) |
paste |
2 teaspoons water |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
Directions:
1. 1. Cut your fillets into chunks. Cubed or rectangular. 2. 2. In a pan, put in your Kikkoman soy sauce, brown sugar and chopped ginger. Mix well in low heat. 3. 3. Drop your chicken chunks once the mixture is smooth already. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. 4. 4. Pick the chicken chunks from the pan to set aside. 5. 5. Mix in the paste ingredients and let boil or until it becomes thicker. 6. 6. Lower the heat and serve topped with toasted sesame seeds. 7. 7. Serve the heated paste as a sauce. |
