Every time I make this dip, everyone wants the recipe. I adapted it from an original recipe in a vegetarian cookbook I have, only I added flavors to suit my own taste. You can add or subtract the powdered ingredients to suit your own taste, of course. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3 medium carrots, peeled |
2 garlic cloves |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon oregano |
2 tablespoons ginger powder |
2 tablespoons paprika |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Finely grate carrots and finely chop garlic. 2. Combine these and all other ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix together with a wire wisk until blended. 3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
