This dessert is easy to make, tastes great, and is relatively healthy (assuming you use lowfat whipped cream). Ingredients:
1 banana |
2/3 cup low-fat whipped cream |
1/3 teaspoon cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Cut the banana into one-inch pieces, and place in bowl. 2. Spoon lowfat whipped cream on top of sliced banana. 3. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of whipped cream. |
