Tasty Banana Muffins

This recipe is supposed to use Uncle Toby's Healthwise Breakfast Cereal, but anything similar would work, such as Sustain, Light & Tasty, or Just Right. I haven't tried it yet, so serving size is a guess.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups cereal (crushed into 2 cups)
1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk
2 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
vegetable oil cooking spray
Directions:
1. Sift flour, add sugar.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine crushed cereal, egg, milk, bananas, yoghurt, and oil.
3. Let stand for 5 minutes or until cereal softens.
4. Add flour mixture stirring until combined.
5. Spoon mixture evenly into a muffin tray that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.Bake at 220C for 20 minutes or until browned.
