Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons flour |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1 1/4 cups coconut |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 unbaked pie shell (9-10 inch) |
whipped fresh cream, optional |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and flour; add next 5 ingredients. 2. Mix well and pour into pie shell. 3. Bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes, until knife comes out clean. 4. Cool. 5. Chill. 6. Serve with whipped cream. |
