Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) shortening |
1 cup(s) sugar |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) fresh or canned blueberries,drained |
2-3 ripe banannas mashed |
Directions:
1. in lg. bowl,cream short. and sugar until light and fluffy.beat in eggs and vanilla. in separate bowl combine dry ingredients.gradually add creamed mixture,beating just until combined. stir in bananas. fold in blueberries. pour into three greased 5-3/4 x3 x2 loaf pans. bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. or until toothpick put in center comes out clean. cool for 10 min. before removing from pans to wire racks. |
