A healthy and delicious taste of fall with apples and cinnamon Ingredients:
1 quart low-fat plain yogurt |
4 apples |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. Peel and core apples. Add all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until the apples are small chunks and easily poured into a glass. I drink these, but there are always lovely apple bits to enjoy. |
