1 cup butter |
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese |
2 cups flour |
1 egg |
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed firmly |
1 tablespoon melted butter |
salt |
3 drops vanilla extract |
chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, cream cheese and flour until smooth for the crust. 2. Line mini muffin tins with dough. 3. Sprinkle a few pecans on dough in muffin tins. 4. Fill cups 2/3 full with filling. 5. Spread a few nuts on top of each. 6. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes. 7. Lower temperature to 250 for 10 minutes. |
