This makes a great luncheon or light dinner entree when served with sour cream and caviar or serve as sidedish. Ingredients:
3 potatoes |
1 small red onion |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Shred potatoes and onions together. 2. Squeeze in a towel until dry. 3. Add eggs, flour, and season to taste. 4. Fry until golden brown. 5. Serve with sour cream or apple sauce, if desired. |
