Ingredients:
1 cup maple sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients together. Pour into the pie shell and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Slice the pie into individual servings and serve warm.
