A Quebecquois dessert recipe. NOT for diabetics! Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells |
1/2 cup maple sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/3 cup heavy cream (whipping) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine sugars & flour. Spread the sugar mixture evenly over the pie shell. 3. Pour the cream over the sugar and place in the oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden. 4. Serve the pie warm from the oven. |
