This is a traditional brown sugar French-Canadian pie. For sweet tooths only! Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). 2. Mix brown sugar, cream, and flour together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour the filling into unbaked pie crust 3. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold. |
