I came up with this while comparing two tartare sauce off the net. Feel free to add some egg yolk to it. This is my first recipe on here and it's only a basic one. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1/2 cup dill weed |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon white vinegar |
1 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. dump all ingredients into a mixing bowl. 2. mix well. 3. add two egg yolks if desired. 4. serve with seafood or fish (I served this with baked salmon steaks). |
