I used finely chopped Aristrocrat pickles Aristocrat Pickles for the relish and Hot As Hell Habanero Zucchini Jelly Hot As Hell Habanero Zucchini Jelly but use any of your favorite pepper jelly recipes. Serve with seafood of choice or use as a dressing for a tuna or crab salad. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon finely minced cilantro (or parsley) |
1/4 cup prepared pepper jelly |
1 dash black pepper |
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish |
1/4 cup minced sweet onion |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup finely chopped celery (optional) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all above and serve with crab cakes, shrimp or fried fish. |
