In 'Clinton St. Baking Company Cookbook' Ingredients:
1/2 cup coarsely chopped sour dill pickle |
1/4 cup drained coarsely chopped capers |
1/4 cup yellow onion, finely diced |
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the pickles, capers, onion, and parsley in a bowl. 2. Whisk in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce until combined. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. Store in the refrigerator. 5. Makes 2 cups. |
