My favorite tart shell recipe.
Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese and butter together.
2. Add flour and mix.
3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
4. Divide into 24 balls and press into miniature muffin tins, pushing dough up the sides.
5. Spoon filling into pastry shells.
6. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
