1 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons grated lemon rind |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil, and boil 1 minute. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in rind arid juice. Chill. |
