Tomato soup in 10 minutes! Ditch that weak soup! This is a very tart soup with an intense dill and onion flavor. You could also add basil or other spices. No blenders and no chopping! Great for low carb diets and is excellent with a tuna melt! Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes |
8 ounces chicken broth |
4 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
1 -2 tablespoon dill |
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. 2. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, minced onion and spices and simmer for 5 minutes. |
