Use this sauce as a glaze for roast chicken, dipping sauce, or for sauteed chicken, pork or lamb chops. Yummy! From Relish Magazine. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups chicken broth |
1 (12 ounce) jar tart cherry preserves |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leave |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a 10-inch skillet. Whisk in preserves, vinegar and thyme until preserves are melted. 2. Boil 8 minutes until slightly thickened. Whisk in butter. 3. Remove from heat and serve. |
