1/2 cup tarragon vinegar |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons honey |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped |
Directions:
1. Process first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Turn blender on high, and add oil in a slow, steady stream. Stir in tarragon. |
