Cooking Light Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup finely shredded zucchini |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
cooking spray |
8 (1 1/2 ounce) hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. 3. Place patties on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. 4. Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings. |
