Garnish with hard cooked eggs, tomato wedges or thin slices of avocado. Or use as a sandwich filling. Ingredients:
2 (7 ounce) cans tuna |
1 cup diced celery |
1/4 cup sweet relish |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaf |
1 teaspoon parsley flakes |
1 tablespoon onion flakes |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Drain and flake tuna; add celery and relish. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. 3. Add to tuna; mix thoroughly. Serve on crisp lettuce. |
