Made for my New Orleans menu. I wanted somwething to offset the hot, spicey etc and this did the trick, and great over the greens Ingredients:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
1 tbs dried tarragon leaves |
1 tsp sugar |
salt and black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Place all in a screw top jar, shake well and chill several hours or overnight before use 2. let come to room temp before using 3. Correct serasonings as desired 4. Shake well and pour as needed over your green salad 5. makes 1 1/2 cups |
