This is a delicate mustard that lends itself well with seafood or with steamed veggies Ingredients:
2 cups dry mustard |
1 cup white sugar |
3/4 cup tarragon vinegar |
1/2 cup fresh tarragon, chopped or 2 tablespoons dried tarragon |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup lite olive oil |
Directions:
