Wonderful tarragon,honey,mustard dressing. Easy to do.

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic,minced

1/4c olive oil

11/2tbs white wine vinegar

2tbs dijon mustard

1tsp honey

3/4tsp dried tarragon leaves

salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all except salt in a small bowl;whisk till well blended or shake in a jar. Add salt,let stand 30 mins to overnight.
