Tarragon - where have you been all my life! I've recently discovered it and love it! This fish is moist with a delicate herb flavor. Ingredients:
1 lb flounder fillets |
1 cup chicken broth |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
Directions:
1. Place fillets in a greased 13x9x2 pan. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish. 3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 4. Remove to a serving plate with a slotted spatula and serve immediately. |
