Ingredients:
4 piece(s) chicken breasts 1/4 inch strips |
1 whole(s) carrot jullienned |
1 bunch(es) asparagus - thin 3 inch strips |
1 whole(s) onion - small sliced |
2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) tarragon |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 dash(es) cayenne pepper |
1 dash(es) ground pepper to taste |
2 tablespoon(s) melted butter |
4 piece(s) 18 inch heavy duty foil |
Directions:
1. Divide chicken pieces across the four pieces of foil; same with carrots, onion and asparagus. Add fresh pepper. In small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, salt, cayenne and tarragon. Pour evenly over chicken. Fold over foil and roll edges tight. Place on cookie sheet, seam side up. Bake at 450 for 18-20 minutes. |
