This is a great topping for many dishes, especially chicken shawarma! Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste) |
2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 -3 tablespoons water |
5 g parsley (chopped) |
salt and pepper |
1 clove crushed garlic (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients together, except the parsley. 2. Keep stirring till you get a nice smooth sauce, add the chopped parsley and serve. |
