Ingredients:
1 cup imported black olives |
8 anchovy fillets |
1/4 cup capers |
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1/2 cup olive oil |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a food processor with a metal blade, combine all the ingredients together, except for the oil. Pulse a couple of times to incorporate. With the machine running, slowly add the oil to form a paste. Season with black pepper. |
