My mom used to make this and called it Santa Fe Soup. Now it's served at a local sandwich shop under the name Taos Soup. One of my favorites Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef |
12 ounces corn |
12 ounces black beans |
12 ounces canned tomatoes |
8 ounces velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef. 2. Add all ingredients to a pot and cook until the cheese is melted. |
