This is one of my favorite veggie sandwiches. Tastes best w/fresh garden grown tomatoes of course!
Ingredients:
4 slices whole wheat bread (your choice)
1 large tomato, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
3 -5 slices red onions
mayonnaise
1 dash salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Spread mayo on bread.
2. Layer ingredients and enjoy!
