Instant pancakes! Just add the eggs and milk and melted butter as you need it. You can use different types of flours and other healthy ingredients such as bran, wheatgerm and brewer's yeast. Omit the sugar and add honey or molasses to the final batch. Versatile. Ingredients:
8 cups flour |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well and sift. 2. Store in a dry place. |
