Ingredients:
1/2 caup evaporated milk |
1/2 chopped green sweet pepper |
1 chopped onion |
1 cup ground beef |
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh celery |
1 fresh egg |
5 clove(s) galic |
2 red seasoning peppers |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
6 small tanyas |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. bring 1 1/2 cup of water to a boil add 6 small tanyas. 2. then live to cook for 10 minutes. 3. drain water from the pan and crush tanyas. 4. then add the first seven ingredients. 5. then in a seperate bowl beat one egg and slowly add to the mixture. 6. cook ground beef in a pan with salt and 1 cup of water for ten minutes. 7. then drain. 8. sautee onions,galic with a pinch of black peper to ground beef. 9. add to the tanya mixture. 10. spread tanya mixture in a baking pan then add 1 cup of grated cheese to the top . 11. put to bake . |
